Shipping Related Concerns
For any issues related to incorrect items shipped, please contact Customer Service within 10 business days at 1-800-524-1844 or by email at customerservice@kansascitysteaks.com.
Quality Related Concerns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the items you've received, please contact Customer Service within 45 days for a replacement or full refund, no return shipping required. If only a portion of the product was unsatisfactory, a partial refund or replacement may be issued. Refunds will be credited back to the original order payment method.
Address Verification
Orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box. All orders must have a physical address for delivery.
Please double check and verify your shipping address before finalizing your order! We cannot guarantee arrival or the condition of your package if we are provided with an incorrect address. Kansas City Steak reserves the right to make corrections and limit refunds/replacements if an address error is made.
